Enjoy Festival of Gems Oct. 1

On Sunday, October 1, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. the Fallbrook Gem and Mineral Society will present its Fall Festival of Gems at 123 West Alvarado Street, Fallbrook. A street fair that spreads along Alvarado, the festival includes gold panning, geode cracking, gemstone identification, museum exhibits, a wheel of fortune, silent auctions, a raffle, food and much more.
