Gausepohl-Putnam engaged

David & Laura Gausepohl of Fallbrook, CA, are happy to announce the engagement of their daughter, Rebecca Catherine Gausepohl, to Daniel Christopher Putnam.

Rebecca is a Fallbrook High School graduate from the class of 2003. She will graduate from the University of Arizona in December with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in nursing. Rebecca will become a Registered Nurse and plans to work in the area of neonatal intensive care.

Daniel Christopher Putnam is the son of Dr. Richard & Christie Putnam of Escondido, CA. He is a graduate of Rancho Bernardo High School class of 2001. He graduated from Stanford University, where he was awarded a Bachelor’s of Art in sociology in 2005. Daniel is employed by the Oakland Athletics Baseball Organization and is currently playing at the Double A level.

Danny and Becky met at the ages of 12 and 10, respectively. Her father coached a traveling baseball team on which Danny and Becky’s older brother Chris competed.

The wedding is planned for December 2006 in San Diego, CA. The couple are planning to honeymoon in the Caribbean. They will reside in Phoenix, AZ, until the end of baseball spring training. Their residence during the baseball season will depend upon team placement.
