Learn about Gourmet Gardening on March 31

FALLBROOK – Botanist, educator, writer, radio and television personality Nan Sterman will be speaking to the Fallbrook Garden Club at their March 31 meeting at 12:30 p.m. Her presentation, entitled "Gourmet Gardening," will focus on growing new, specialty, and gourmet varieties of fruits, herbs, and vegetables.

Sterman writes award-winning articles for newspapers and magazines, as well as having written books on California gardens.

In 2005, she and her business partner produced episodes of A Growing Passion, a television show about ordinary people who are extraordinary gardeners that aired on public television and on cable TV.

The meeting will be at the Fallbrook Community Center, 341 Heald Lane. There will be a social time and refreshments followed by a business meeting and the program. New members are always welcome. To learn more, visit http://www.fallbrookgardenclub.org.
