Letter carriers to collect food donations

FALLBROOK – Letter carriers for the US Postal Service care about the people in the communities they serve, and on Saturday, May 10, they will do a lot more than deliver mail and packages. They will also pick up non-perishable food donations left at mailboxes as they visit every home in the Fallbrook and Bonsall area.

Those wishing to participate are encouraged to leave non-perishable food in a sturdy bag by their mailbox that day. The food will be collected and delivered to the Fallbrook Food Pantry.
