Art Association to hear from Van Winkle

The Fallbrook Art Association’s next general meeting will be held Monday, April 11, at the Hilltop Center, 331 E. Elder at 7 p.m. Preceding the demonstration there will be an informal “Critique ‘n Eat” session from 5:30 until 6:30. Participants in the critique are encouraged to bring a snack or box dinner to eat during the session. Chris Van Winkle will be featured at the meeting, demonstrating his watercolor techniques. He is an award-winning artist in both the National Watercolor Society and Watercolor West and is a signature member in both organizations. He has served several years on the board of NWS.
