'ArtWalk' to include Fallbrook artists

SAN DIEGO — ArtWalk 2005 will take place April 23 & 24 from noon to 6 p.m. in San Diego’s historic Little Italy. This is ArtWalk’s 21st year, where hundreds of artists show and sell their work. This year will also feature five stages with ongoing performers, fine eateries and art projects for kids.

Roland Crump lives in Fallbrook and is one of the featured artists. Artist, art director and Imagineer, Crump lent his talents to Walt Disney Productions for 30 years and has influenced our fondest childhood memories for five decades. He designed much of what we think of as quintessential Disneyland and Walt Disney World, not to mention numerous other theme parks in the United States and worldwide.

Another Fallbrook artist, Igor Koutsenko, will be exhibiting his work. In America for over 12 years now, Koutsenko’s influences are in Russian and European cultures.
