Fenton art glass event set for April 29-May 1

As part of the Fenton Art Glass 100th anniversary celebration, a special Fenton Art Glass Centennial Celebration Event will be held at A Few of Our Favorite Things in Fallbrook on Friday and Saturday, April 29-30, and Sunday, May 1.

To mark the 100th anniversary, consumers can visit A Few of Our Favorite Things to view the nationally acclaimed “Fenton Experience” tour on video, experience handcrafted glass artistry and craftsmanship, learn more about this century-old West Virginia tradition, enjoy special savings and free gifts and obtain an exclusive Centennial Celebration Event vase. Information and coupons are available online at http://www.fentonartglass.com.

One hundred years of glassmaking deserves a celebration and A Few of Our Favorite Things will offer a hand-painted six-inch commemorative Centennial Celebration Event vase, handcrafted in Rosemilk Opalescant glass, bearing a 100th anniversary logo and inscribed with the signature of Shelley Fenton. The vase is only available at participating Fenton dealers during the Celebration Event.

Fenton Art Glass Company represents American handcrafted glass artistry. Located in Williamstown, WV, Fenton is known for its wide range of colors, hand-painting and handcrafting, as well as its popular factory tour, the “Fenton Experience.”
