FPUD Art Contest winners announced

FALLBROOK — The top three winners of the Fallbrook Public Utility District’s art contest for the 2006 “Water Conservation & Me” calendar were named at the April 25 board meeting. They included Sairy Contreras, La Paloma Elementary, Ms. Just’s class; Tatiana Raster, St. Peter’s Catholic School, Mr. Wortman’s class; and Illiana Arias, La Paloma Elementary, Ms. Just’s class.

Other student artists recognized for their fine work included Dolores Martin, Yanely Fernandez, Lilyanna Ratz, Morgan Springer, Tyler Doyle, Agustin Macias, Emily Anderson, Magali Ibarra and Selina Eich. Approximately 150 student artists in Fallbrook competed in the event.
