Brower, Hodges, Miramontes, Perales, Ricci, and Shoup named FUHSD Employees of the Month

FALLBROOK – Fallbrook Union High School District Superintendent Dale Mitchell presented Ken Brower, Brenda Hodges, Jaime Miramontes, Michael Perales, Karen Ricci, and Susan Shoup as Employees of the Month to the Rotary Club of Fallbrook at its Thursday weekly meeting.

Brower, Hodges, Miramontes, Perales, and Ricci provide counseling and career education services to students at Fallbrook High School. Superintendent Mitchell said of these employees, “They support the whole student, whether it involves academic, college/career, personal, or social needs. Their recent work with students dealing with the loss of a fellow student and the tragedy in Connecticut are further examples of their efforts to support students in time of need.”

Mitchell said of Shoup, “As a classified employee providing data support for staff as well as data reports for state and federal requirements, she consistently demonstrates the ability to complete a large amount of work in a thorough and efficient manner. She promptly responds to staff data needs.”

The Employee of the Month program is part of the ongoing effort by Fallbrook Rotary to achieve, maintain and reward excellence in the employees of the Fallbrook school system. For more information, refer to
