“My Christmas was blessed by the generosity of those who gave and the joy in the eyes of those who received the gift.”

Each year, my husband Gary and I collect clothes and toys to help a village and their orphanage in La Mision, MX. We became aware of this village when our good friends moved there to act as missionaries and assist in the care of the needy. There are no shelters for the homeless in Mexico and these families live in fields where a blanket over a rope strung between trees becomes their shelter. They raise rabbits in old shopping carts for food and wild goats provide milk. The entire family works the farms for as little as .25 to .50 an hour.

This past year our dear friends experienced severe health problems that made their job there an impossible task. So, we reached out to the dealers in our store and friends here in an effort to help them. The response was far better then we could have imagined. The children were supplied with all the clothes and toys we hoped for and our friends were blessed by the generous giving for them as well. The food and money they received will help them in this time of crisis and provide the medicines they require for their survival.

Toys for the children are only what they received from us. You can imagine how excited they were when they received our gifts of food, clothes and blankets. My deepest thanks to all of you who helped us provide a Christmas for these families and help to our dear missionary friends.

HAPPY NEW YEAR! May the year bring us all success in business and Peace and Joy in our daily life.
