mall honored by Rally for Children

FALLBROOK — Louise Small recently completed two years as Rally for Children president. To thank and honor her, the group gave Louise a pashmina scarf. The scarf symbolizes the affection and hugs each member wishes to give her for her gentle leadership ways. This was Louise’s second two-year stint as chair (first 1995-97) and thus has been very involved in not only overseeing Rally’s financial support to children’s organizations but also cultural growth through the Arts in the Park annual free event (to be held this year on April 24 at Live Oak Park).
