Myers visits Thailand

FALLBROOK — Pastor Tom Myers of Fallbrook First Christian Church and his wife, Sharon, just returned from a three-week visit to Thailand and India. The Myerses visited Bill and Reba Harrison, who have been missionaries for 30 years in Chainy Mai, Thailand. Mrs. Harrison is Tom Myers’ sister.

They also visited Delhi, India, and went to the famous Taj Mahal.

Tom Myers told the Kiwanis Club the railroads were very primitive. He and his wife also went to Kulpukar, India, to visit friends and missions. President Myers told about the crowded conditions and that to drive in the traffic you needed a good horn, good brakes and good luck.
