Hello, everyone!

The February Sundowner, held at Pala Mesa, was well attended and considered a success. The first raffle of members’ donations was great fun and netted $231 for our Chamber coffers!

Our next Sundowner will be held at the La Sala Room in River Village and is our annual business meeting. Committee reports will be given along with our annual financial report. We will be entertained by Robert Maxwell giving information on the new San Diego County Regional Airport Authority Board.

Frank Long, our new board member, brings to us a fun event from the now disbanded Bonsall Lions Club. Frank will hold a “50/50” raffle at this next meeting. Anyone unfamiliar with this type of raffle is encouraged to attend the meeting and see what it is all about. All I’m going to say is that some lucky attendee will be going home with a handful of cash!

Mary Jane Poulter, past president; Al Allgauer, board treasurer; and I attended the Fallbrook Chamber’s Business Expo on Wednesday evening, February 16. This was a very informative and interesting event. We are seriously entertaining the possibility of having our own Business Expo here in Bonsall!
