UBS Foundation supports Boys & Girls Clubs

FALLBROOK — UBS Financial Foundation has made a $10,500 contribution to the Boys & Girls Clubs of North County’s “Step up to the Plate” campaign. This contribution brings the club’s campaign total for the fiscal year to $134,000.

Bob Tavano, chairman for the campaign, stated, “We are very fortunate that the communities of Fallbrook, Bonsall, Pala and the surrounding communities support our club year in and year out.”

The club’s annual budget is $866,000. The organization operates facilities in Fallbrook, Bonsall and Pala. Membership fees are only $25 per year, so the club relies heavily on special fundraising events to make sure sufficient funds are raised to cover all operational costs.
