Chapman awarded Teacher of Excellence award

Fallbrook High teacher Margaret Chapman accepts the California Agriculture Teacher Association Teacher of Excellence award for the Southern CATA Region from Southern FFA Region advisor Jack Havens at Cal Poly Pomona on April 9. She will now be considered for the California Agriculture Teacher of Excellence award.
