Fallbrook High School News: New York Nights

Winter Formal is only a few days away! This year’s theme is “New York Nights.” The formal will be held at the NCO Club on Camp Pendleton on Saturday, January 22. The dance is from 8-11 p.m. and tickets are still being sold. All students must purchase their tickets before 3 p.m. on Friday, as tickets will not be sold at the door.

Finals are almost here — they will be January 26-28. Each day is a half day, so school will be dismissed at 12 p.m. Can you believe the year is halfway done? Only four and a half months to go!

Airband applications are still being taken in the ASB office. Any person at Fallbrook High can submit an airband. The high school competition will be on March 11, so there is still plenty of time to perfect your performance. This is an opportunity that you should not pass up.

Did you know that students at Fallbrook High are directing their own drama production? Come and see how talented the drama department is on February 4 and 5 at 7 p.m. Tickets will be sold at the door, so bring your family and be prepared to have a great time!

Attention, all eighth-grade parents: It’s already time to register! On February 3, all eighth-grade parents are required to come to registration/orientation for their children. This will be a great opportunity to see and hear everything that Fallbrook High has to offer.

If you have nothing to do on Friday night, you do now! Come and see the varsity girls and boys basketball teams play Oceanside. The girls game starts at 6:15 and the boys begins at 8. The Fallbrook High School gym is the place to be on Friday night!
