Let's Get Loud

Let’s Get Loud is the theme for this year’s dance performance at Fallbrook High School. This is one event you cannot miss! There will be around 20 different routines put on by the performance dance and advanced dance classes. The performances are on April 15 and 16 at 7 p.m. at the Bob Burton Performing Arts Center. Don’t miss this great opportunity.

The Canned Food Drive started at FHS on April 4. Cans are being collected in every class and will be donated for a great cause. The drive will end on April 26, so get your cans in soon!

Now that spring sports are up and rolling, the Fallbrook community needs to come and support the teams. The Warriors are taking on the Vista Panthers in track and field on Thursday, April 7. This is one of the two home track meets all year, so if you want to see a little jumping, vaulting and fast running, come by the track at 3:15 p.m.

On Friday there is a swim meet for boys and girls at the pool after school.

Fallbrook High’s college fair will be held in “The Barn” on April 19 from 6-8 p.m. Representatives will be there from four-year, two-year and vocational programs. There will be information on apprenticeship programs, transfer programs, student athletes and funding. All high school students and their parents should take advantage of this opportunity to find out about college programs firsthand. If you have any other questions, feel free to contact the career center. Hope to see you all there!

At the regional airband competition held on March 26, Fallbrook’s “Indiana Jones” took seventh place. The top eight places advanced onto the Pepsi Airband Championship, which was held at USD. The group did a fabulous job, and we were proud to be represented with such a great airband among such stiff competition. Way to go!
