Potter students of the month honored

FALLBROOK – Potter Jr. High School Principal Leonard Rodriquez presented students of the month to the Rotary Club of Fallbrook at a recent weekly luncheon meeting. Both students were recognized for being “ready, respectful, and responsible.”

Dulce Rivas, 7th grade, was recognized for “being a very hard worker.” Rodriguez said, “She always does her work and does more than is required. She is willing to help her neighbor. She’s a great student.”  Jack Grantham, 8th grade, was praised for “being a conscientious student who wants to do his assignment correctly. He demonstrates a positive example of citizenship – working well with others and providing leadership.”

The student of the month program is an ongoing effort by the Fallbrook Rotary to encourage and reward student excellence and achievement. For more information, visit www.fallbrookrotary.org.
