Sage Meadow students complete 'Expert Projects'

FALLBROOK — The children at Sage Meadow Elementary School recently completed the school’s very popular “Expert Projects” with a fair attended by family, friends and community members. Expert Projects are somewhat similar to science fairs, with the exception that the students can pick any topic to study. This year’s topics ran the gamut from monster trucks to ecological footprints.

“These projects are the highlight of the year for both students and their parents,” stated Jane Stimmel, director of the school. “The students have total control from start to finish in the planning, goal setting, time management and assessment of their projects.”
