Fallbrook residents travel to Vista for plumeria class

Fallbrook residents, from left, Speedy Goncalves, Kathleen Colby, Ann Manring and Betty Goldstein look at a nice cutting of a plumeria during a four-week class on plumeria led by Jeannie Williams of Vista. According to Williams, Fallbrook has the perfect climate for growing these popular flowers.
