Film club to view 'Commencement'

OCEANSIDE - On Sunday, Sept. 27, the North County Film Club will present the film, 'Commencement.' The club is pleased to announce that Steve Abrezzi, the director/writer of the film will be in attendance to conduct a question and answer session.

The film is about a young woman who graduates as valedictorian from a prestigious university. But her real life education begins in the next 36 hours. This film is a funny, romantic and thought-provoking look at three generations of a middle class family caught in the wake of the current fiscal crisis.

The film will be shown at the Carmike Theater (formerly Digiplex), College at Mission, Oceanside.
