Fireworks show July 4

VISTA — The City of Vista’s Fourth of July Committee is planning to once again launch the largest aerial fireworks show in San Diego County.

The show is set for Monday, July 4, at 9:00 p.m. at Brengle Terrace Park, located at 1200 Vale Terrace Drive. The amazing fireworks display is made possible from contributed funds from the community and from corporate sponsors such as BioFilm, Inc., Wal-Mart and many more. A total of $45,000 will be raised to pay for the event.

A whole day of activities is planned within the park, including family activities, food and beverage booths, picnicking, children’s games and a static display of vintage military equipment. Live musical entertainment is planned for the Moonlight Amphitheatre stage from 4 to 10 p.m. A gourmet barbeque dinner is planned and will be served in the Moonlight Amphitheatre. Tickets are required in advance for the dinner and are available by calling (760) 726-1340.
