Teacher Suzette Phillips is a dedicated and gifted teacher! The students learned paint mixing techniques as well as shading and brushing skills with acrylic paint. The Portrait Painting Class at Jeremiah’s Ranch College of Adaptive Education is important to all in Fallbrook and surrounding areas!
