Pala’s buffet offers expansive Thanksgiving ‘Choices’

PALA – A Thanksgiving feast will be waiting at Choices, The Buffet on Thursday, Nov. 22, at Pala Casino Spa & Resort.

From 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. selections will include four turkey carving stations with all the traditional Thanksgiving trimmings.

Southern California’s largest buffet will also tempt holiday palates with steamed Canadian king crab legs with creamy lemon butter; a hand-rolled sushi selection; oysters on the half shell with lemon and cocktail sauce; carved honey mustard crusted rack of lamb; chilled snow crab clusters; Maine lobster bisque; fire roasted grilled-to-order rib eye steak; carved bone-in prime rib with natural juice; oven roasted honey ham on the bone; roasted salmon with smoke salmon crust rosemary tomato fondue; holiday bread and a festive salad selection. Choices also will offer select brunch items from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Traditional pumpkin pie, with whipped topping, will lead Chef Albert Cruz’s parade of over 80 sumptuous desserts.
