Sheena Easton to perform Sept. 28, at Pala - Gabriel Iglesias adds second show, Sept. 22

PALA – Pop diva Sheena Easton will perform all the hits that made her an international star when she takes the stage at 7:30 p.m., Saturday, Sept. 28, in the Infinity Showroom at Pala Casino Spa & Resort.

And, by overwhelming demand, “fluffy” funnyman Gabriel Iglesias has added a second Pala show at 6 p.m., Sunday, Sept. 22, in the events center. Iglesias’ first show, which is sold out, will be at 7:30 p.m., Saturday, Sept. 21, in the Events Center.

Tickets for Easton and for the second Iglesias show will go on sale at 10 a.m., Friday, July 19, with no service charge, at the Pala box office, or at (877) 946-7252. Tickets for both shows also will be available at Star Tickets, 1-800-585-3737, or http://www.startickets.com.

Easton hasn’t slowed down since her heyday of hits in the ‘80s. The soulful Scot belts outs such memorable tunes as “Morning Train,” “Telefone (Long Distance Love Affair),” the Prince-penned “Sugar Walls,” “U Got the Look-We’ve Got the Night” – her duet with Kenny Rogers – and the James Bond theme, “For Your Eyes Only,” just for starters. She also carries on a good-humored banter with the audience between songs.

Iglesias will reprise his high-octane cast and crew from the previous night.
