FALLBROOK — Regency Fallbrook Senior Community and Vitas Innovative Hospice Care invite you to an Advance Directives Seminar. This educational program can help you make decisions regarding advance directives and end-of-life care. While it can be a difficult subject to talk about, it’s necessary for all of us.
