Get vaccinations during National Immunization Awareness Month

It’s National Immunization Awareness Month once again, and the County of San Diego Health and Human Services Agency wants residents to remember that shots are not just for kids.

This year’s campaign theme, “Are You Up to Date? Vaccinate!” reminds people of all ages about the importance of getting immunized in order to help prevent the spread of vaccine-preventable diseases that still occur here in San Diego County, which affect children, adolescents and adults.
