FALLBROOK — On Wednesday, May 25, Regency Fallbrook Senior Community will be hosting a free seminar presented by Tracey Murphy, MSW director of Silverado Senior Service. This seminar will provide an informative and entertaining presentation about the brain, how we store memories and the normal changes that occur with age. You will learn why ‘senior moments’ are nothing to worry about and how to exercise your memory muscle.
