'What in Health' is happening

“What in Health is Happening?” a nonprofit networking breakfast presented by the Fallbrook HealthCare Foundation in cooperation with Fallbrook Hospital and the Fallbrook Healthcare District, is being held Saturday, Feb. 26, at Pala Mesa Resort from 8-10:30 a.m. All local nonprofit boards, staff and community leaders are invited to attend at no charge.

The purpose of the networking breakfast is to allow those in the nonprofit community to meet one another, explore and discuss issues of importance. Along with the networking, three noted speakers will be on the program.

Presenters are Larry Payton, CEO, Fallbrook Hospital, who will talk about current demographics in the greater Fallbrook area and what is projected for the future; Nick Macchione from Health and Human Services, who will talk about the state of healthcare in San Diego County; and Deborah Andreason from San Diego University Nonprofit Masters Program, who will explain the vital role of nonprofits throughout the United States.
