Fallbrook FFA wins at fair

DEL MAR — Fallbrook FFA has won another landscape award in the Drought Tolerant category at the annual event held each year in the garden/landscape area at the San Diego County (Del Mar) Fair. This year’s theme is Cinema Summer and the display represents the Lions of MGM Studios along with drought tolerant flowers, shrubs and trees. Congratulations to FFA students Joe Kueneman, Maggie Maratsos, Josh Hoffman, Scott Robbins, Jenny Mack and FFA Advisor George Kreutz. Special thanks were extended to Hines Nursery and Premier Color for plant donations along with Myrtle Creek for their outstanding Iron Lions!
