FALLBROOK – John Tully Macintyre, who was listed as a missing person at risk on April 4 was located at a hospital in Mission Hills in the San Fernando area on April 7. No information is available at this time regarding physical condition however he is receiving medical care. The immediate family has been notified of his whereabouts.
41-year-old at-risk man reported missing from Fallbrook
FALLBROOK – The San Diego County Sheriff’s Dept. is asking the public’s help in locating a man who has been reported missing.
John Tully Macintyre was reported missing by his sister on Monday, April 4, from the Fallbrook area.
According to authorities, “Macintyre suffers from emotional and physical health issues and may be a suicide risk. Macintyre’s cell phone has since been turned off and he has been unable to be located.”
He is described as being a white male adult, 41 years old, 6-foot 1-inch in height, 200 lbs., hazel eyes and brown hair.
The Sheriff’s Dept. said Macintyre is driving a black 2013 Mercedes Smart Car, with California license plate 6YYG813 and may be traveling to the Los Angeles area, near the neighborhood of Eagle Rock.
