AMBER ALERT issued by the California Highway Patrol
The California Highway Patrol's Emergency Notification and Tactical Alert Center has extended/activated an Amber Alert on behalf of the Elko, Nevada Police department. The Amber Alert is activated from Sacramento south into Mexico.
A child abduction occurred on August 14, 2013, at 4 pm, in Elko, Nevada. The child's name is Lillianna Ramirez, 9-year-old Hispanic female. The second child's name is Martin Angel Rosales, 3-year-old Hispanic male. The suspect is Martin Cisneras Rosales, 33-year-old Hispanic male and Amber Schenck, 29-year-old white female, Ht: 5’9” Wt: 150 Hair: Sandy, Eyes: Blue.
They are possibly driving a 80s-90s model blue Ford Mustang, unknown year. Possibly with Nebraska license plate or paper plate.
Martin Rosales is the biological father of Martin Rosales II. Amber Schenck is the mother of both children. The
adults took the children from Elko against DCFS orders. Elko Police Department is in possession of Ex-parte
court orders for both Children from the Fourth District Court stating the DCFS now has custody of Lillianna and
that the children are in “danger of serious physical harm or death”. Martin Rosales has violent tendencies when
dealing with police. There is also a restraining order keeping him away from his son issued July 26, 2013. The
children were last believed to be in Sacramento, California and it is believed that the adults are attempting to
enter Mexico with the children. Please call 911 if you have any information regarding this AMBER Alert.
