Arico honored with Big Heart Award

Along with celebrating their 25th anniversary this year, on February 3, the Bonsall Woman’s Club presented their annual Big Heart Award to member Sandy Arico. The Big Heart Award was created to recognize a member who, over the years, has shown a big heart and has supported members with acts of kindness and thoughtfulness.

Arico has been a member of the club since 1992 and has worked behind the scenes for several years. She steps in and accepts the responsibility and works with the caterers to ensure the Magic of Christmas tea food is properly served.

The project that is very near and dear to her heart is the Animal Rescue program. On Saturdays you can find her working with the animals. Sandy always greets everyone with a warm, welcoming smile. The committee voted to give this award to a very deserving person.
