FALLBROOK – The San Diego-Imperial Council of the Boy Scouts of America has recognized three Fallbrook residents with the Santa Margarita District Award of Merit. In a presentation at the District’s annual dinner on May 5, scout leaders from the community received the Award of Merit for their exceptional and noteworthy service to the youth in their area. This is the highest award a district can bestow upon
a volunteer.
The District Award of Merit Fallbrook recipients for this year were Rob Greenwood from Varsity Team 718, Bryce Poulson from Troop 718 and Dirk Thayer from Fallbrook Pack 735.
