Sculptor Leo Romero shows the new version of the Frank Capra Award, which was cast in bronze Feb. 16. The award is the top honor presented at the Fallbrook International Film Festival. Brandon Roy of the California Sculpture Academy shows the newly cast bronze Frank Capra Award on Feb. 16. Roy cast the award in bronze; Leo Romero sculpted it. Molten bronze is poured into one of the casts of the Frank Capra Award on Feb. 16. The award is the top honor presented at the Fallbrook International Film Festival. On Feb. 16, the California Sculpture Academy also poured iron, shown above with the furnace used for the process.
