Evening of Revelry supports local children

FALLBROOK – Los Padrinos (the Godparents) of Fallbrook Child Development Center recently hosted their eighth annual “One & Only Evening of Revelry.” The dinner, “American Culinary Adventure,” and silent auction were hosted by Bob and Susan Lucy at their Monserate Hill home.

The event was attended by 93 community patrons and raised $19,200 to benefit the children at the center.

Los Padrinos are supporters of the center which has been in operation since 1975, and is dedicated to quality early childhood education and day care for children ages 1 to 5 years from low income families whose parents are either working or in school.

There are 17 Los Padrinos founding families and companies, and eight Los Padrinos lifetime member families. Anyone who loves and cares about these children and their parents can become a “Padrino.”

To learn more about Los Padrinos and the center or to make a donation, call Reva Reece, director at (760) 728-5402 or visit fallbrookchilddevelopmentcenter.org.
