Fallbrook Woman's Club makes charitable contributions

FALLBROOK – At their general meeting on April 10, the Fallbrook Woman’s Club presented contributions to 15 local organizations. They included Canine Companions for Independence, Fallbrook Animal Sanctuary, Fallbrook Beautification Alliance, Fallbrook Citizens’ Crime Prevention Committee, Fallbrook Gem & Mineral Society, Fallbrook Historical Society, Fallbrook Land Conservancy, Fallbrook Wrestling Association, Friends of the Fallbrook Library, Live Oak Park Coalition, Marine Corps Scholarship Foundation, Military Outreach Ministry (MOM), NaturVet Foundation, Palomar Family Counseling, and People to People.

The Fallbrook Woman’s Club is a member of the California Federation and General Federation of Women’s Clubs. Its goal is to encourage women to improve their community, state, and the nation through volunteering their time, talents, and interests. They hold many fundraising events throughout the year and these contributions are the culmination of their efforts.
