The ones that should be ashamed are all you that judge her and dont even know her!! I went to school with her and she was a good girl no one in this world is perfect we all make mistakes and we don’t know the circumstances of why she’s did what she did she’s a mom maybe she needed the money really bad… Drugs mess people up and she may have lost control of her life… We are no one to judge only god can do that … I haven’t seen her in like almost 2 years and I hope they find her so that hopefully being put away and seeing that she has hit rock bottom well help her realize that she’s loosing everything… Her life her kid … May god look after her and open her eyes to the seriousness of her actions…

Fallbrook Girl: Might want to reread tbe passages in the bible relating to the laws of God and the laws of man. We are not passing judgement on her soul but her actions. Seems fair to me.

I used to hang out with this girl back in High School. She was always trouble but a good friend. Two kids and she’s in jail for so many felonies. I can’t even fit in my head what she was thinking at the time. I know Drugs make you do stupid stuff but I just don’t see how having love for your children can’t be even stronger. I hope she turns her life around, I know how good of a person she can be. Best of Luck Chelly.

I know Chelly and Ive seen some good things and some bad things, not judging no one, everyone makes mistakes and this was a dumb mistake on her part, but I do hope she turns it around, turns herself in and make things right, she has 2 kids to think about, no time to think about yourself, girl, do the right thing! Hope you turn it around, if not for yourself, for your kids. Best of luck.

People, these ARE NOT MISTAKES!! A mistake is forgetting to take the dog out, or locking the keys in your car. THESE ARE CHOICES. One chooses to take drugs, to sell drugs, to drink, to drive, have unproteced sex. All choices, not mistakes. And all responsible for our choices.

Not to change the subject, but you went to Fallbrook High School? Did they teach you how to compose a sentence there? I was taught that at the end of a sentence you put a period. A single ".", not "…".
Note: If you’re still in school, please pay attention to the teacher and stop texting, sleeping, or whatever else you seem to be doing. LEARN SIMPLE SENTENCE STRUCTURE!

I’m not sure why yours didn’t get posted, but it frustrates me to see butcher the English language. I can understand a mis-spelled word or two, but there was no reasonable excuse for sentence structure THAT bad!

I don’t need to hide under fake names to talk bad about a person. My name is Monica Lopez. I grew up with this Araceli and it sucks to know that what she is going through. I can only imagine what her family is going through. For all of the people that where writing all those bad post about her, you would be happy to know that she has been arrested. Chelly I wish I would have know what road you decided to take before you hit rock bottom. I’m sorry that I wasn’t there when you most needed someone. I hope that upon your release you make better choices and life gets better for you because you have two little angels that need you.

Yes, I’m glad you’re a proud Mexican…I have nothing against that. I just get tired of seeing people butcher the English language. They do have English classes that will help you with sentence structure, spelling and punctuation. And no, I’m not an english major…just someone that has paid attention in english class.

Well Jr, when you are unable to get a job doing anything but menial labor (that means extremely low pay for extremely hard work) because you cannot spell or form a sentence, you will care, that’s wHo. Nobody is hating anybody, just letting you know that when you are unable to articulate your meaning, with good language skills, people will just assume that you are stupid. No offense.

Why is it that when some one makes a comment that others do not like (like "to Monica") do others (like "Jr") label them "haters"? Espically when "to Monica" was correct?

Village News Bloggers are History, English, Art, Science, Political teachers. We have it all right here!! And, we all keep a learnin!!! And it is not correct english to start a sentence with And.

Sorry, we got off the subject of the news article, but because it is a ‘freedom of speech’, we give and we take. We write, we read, we learn…most do.

Why is there so much hate and disrespect? Reading these comments reminds me of bullies in second grade. People who work to attain high education through the academic process generally do not point out simple grammatical errors made by the general public.

To why? – I don’t think it it is hate and disrespect but just people who are tired of seeing "Me and him went to the store.", etc. when it can be said/written just as easily and correctly as "He and I went to the store." Everyone slips once in awhile, but continuous incorrect grammar is just sloppy. While I am on my soapbox, is there any way to outlaw the spoken use of "and I was like", "y’know", "um", "wow", and all of the other space and time sucking nonesense?

@Molly M; LOL – I know that I am a bad speller; some of it is bad typing, and some of it is laziness. HOWEVER I do recognize misspelled words and poor grammar – and when I am looking to hire someone either of those equals Nope, sorry. Same as bonuses, (not getting to give as many as I used to) it seems the bonuses go to those with better speech habits. Not sure if performance equals speech or just happens that way.
