Gower represents Legacy at Horn event

VALLEY CENTER — Supervisor Bill Horn presented his State of North County address at the Valley Center Library on March 3. In attendance were many representatives from Congress and Council members from the State of California.

Eight members from the Fallbrook Chamber of Commerce attended this informational presentation. Fallbrook resident and dedicated volunteer Wil Gower was introduced to the audience as the “Fallbrook Legend.” Gower, 86, is the grant chairman for Legacy Endowment, among his other commitments to local charities.

“Wil proves that you are never too old to commit to the passion of philanthropy and community involvement,” Tina Rainey of Legacy Endowment said.
