Power outage affects 257 area residents

Local residents in the areas of Live Oak Park, Winterwarm and San Luis Rey Heights have been without power since 11:54 a.m. this morning according to SDG&E's website. Estimated time of restoration, as of 4:16 p.m., is 7 p.m. tonight. The cause of the outage is listed as "a vehicle has caused a problem with a power pole."

At least one traffic signal is affected. A four way stop is in effect at Stage Coach Lane and Reche Road for the duration of the outage.
