Note on San Diego Registrar of Voters website :

The following results bulletin displays the combined mail ballot results from the Fallbrook Union High School District (FUHSD) and Bonsall Unified School District (BUSD) as of 8 p.m. on November 6th.

These results will be updated with precinct results from the entire district no later than Thursday, November 8th.

Beginning November 8th, through the completion of the canvass, this results bulletin will be updated with additional mail ballot results and provisional ballot results. These updates will reflect the results of mail ballots dropped off at polling places and ballots cast provisionally at the polls.

This separate results bulletin is produced as a result of an omission of Proposition BB from ballots in the Fallbrook and Vallecitos areas of the FUHSD. Voters in that portion received a supplemental Proposition BB ballot which must be tabulated separately and combined with votes cast on regular ballots by voters in the Bonsall area of FUHSD.
