* AT 302 PM PDT…NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED MODERATE TO HEAVY SHOWERS IN NORTHEAST SAN DIEGO COUNTY…INCLUDING WARNER SPRINGS…BORREGO SPRINGS…SANTA YSABEL…HIGHWAY S-22…HIGHWAY 79…AND HIGHWAY S-2. ALSO…CALIFORNIA DEPARTMENT OF FORESTRY REPORTED ROADWAY FLOODING ON HIGHWAY 79 NEAR SUNSHINE SUMMIT.
