Writers Read at Fallbrook Library to feature poet Steve McDonald

FALLBROOK – Writers Read at Fallbrook Library is pleased to present a favorite at the readings, Steve McDonald, poet and professor emeritus of English at Palomar College. McDonald will be discussing his new collection, “House of Mirrors,” published in May.

The reading will be held Tuesday, Oct. 8, in the library’s community room, from 6 to 7:30 p.m., and the public is invited to bring their original poetry, fiction or creative nonfiction to read during open mic. The library is located at 124 S. Mission Road.

The next Writers Read, Nov. 12, will feature debut novelist Diana Gould, reading from her new murder-mystery thriller “Coldwater.”
