Chuck Wells, 43

Chuck Wells, 43, passed away on May 1, 2005, due to cancer. He was born on March 18, 1962, in Twin Falls, ID. He was a resident of Rainbow, CA, for 10 years.

Mr. Wells was president of Vallecitos School District Governing Board and a member of RAI Digital High School Governing Board, Vallecitos Advisory Committee, Rainbow Property Owners Association and the New Covenant Fellowship Church in Temecula, CA.

Mr. Wells is survived by his wife of 22 years Sandy Wells, Rainbow, CA; mother & stepfather Kay & Art Davis, Rogerson, ID; father & stepmother Phil & Della Wells, Rainbow, CA; sons Karl Holt, Mountain Home, ID, and Andrew Wells, Rainbow, CA; daughters Lisa Holt, Mountain Home, ID, Jenni Wells, Fallbrook, CA, and Sally Wells, Rainbow, CA; daughter & son-in-law Kris & Lee Hepworth, Boise, ID; brothers & sister-in-law Bud & Ruta Wells, Boring, OR, and Wayne Wells, Vancouver, WA; sister Sherri George, Twin Falls, ID; and four grandchildren, Wyatt, Jack & Jacob Holt and new baby Hepworth.

A memorial service is set for Friday, May 6, 2005, at 2 p.m. at Rainbow Valley Community Church, 2560 Rainbow Valley Blvd., Fallbrook, CA 92028. The family suggests memorial donations to Vallecitos School Scholarship Fund, 5211 5th St., Fallbrook, CA 92028; Fallbrook Hospice, 624 E. Elder St., Fallbrook, CA 92028; or Burzynkski Institute, 6221 Corporate Drive, Houston, TX 77036. Berry-Bell & Hall Fallbrook Mortuary handled the arrangements.
