Mrs. Carmen Gaytan, 89

Mrs. Carmen Gaytan, 89, passed away on February 10, 2005, at Fallbrook Skilled Nursing. She was born on July 16, 1915, in Mexico. She has been a resident of Fallbrook, CA, for the last three years.

Mrs. Gaytan retired from the Packing House. The date of her retirement is unknown.

Mrs. Gaytan was preceded in death by her husband Jose Encamacion Gaytan in 1998. She is survived by her daughter Maria Hernandez and her son Juan Hernandez, both of Fallbrook, CA; grandchildren Justino Hernandez, Maria Velazquez, Mansela; and great-grandchildren Amy Falvey and Fabian Falvey (and one on the way).

Private services will be held at a later date. Berry-Bell & Hall Fallbrook Mortuary handled the arrangements.
