How is bond money to be spent?

I have a few concerns with respect to Measure DD, the Bonsall High School bond issue this election, Nov. 8.

The Bonsall district website was not very helpful with specifics as to how the money is to be spent. The residents of Bonsall need to know how all monies are to be allocated. The bond amount of $58 million dollars is a huge amount of money, but how much is going towards the new high school?

We all need to have all the relevant information in order to make a prudent decision. I have lived in the district for over 26 years, and this will be one of the most important votes any of us will make.
