Dale is intelligent and experienced

Intelligent Rainbow Municipal Water District voters will look not at baseless mud-slinging statements made by persons in her opponent’s camp but at the facts of RMWD Board Candidate Cari Dale’s qualifications. As a threshold matter, Ms. Dale is an intelligent and experienced professional who forms her own opinions. Ultimately, Ms. Dale understands that board members must be able to listen to and work with the current management, as well as the residents served by the district. The residents and board would be extremely fortunate to have such a qualified individual working for them! Ms. Dale has an undergraduate degree in biology, and with a 3.95 GPA is currently finishing a Master’s degree in public administration with emphasis in water resources management. In addition, Ms. Dale has 12 years’ work experience in water and wastewater, with six years’ management of the same. She currently works for the City of Ontario as an environmental programs manager, where she oversees the management of infrastructure, water quality, conservation, and water supply operations and storage, and where Ms. Dale manages an approximately 75 million dollar-value infrastructure within the district, as well as administering a 30 million dollar operational budget. As part of her job, she regularly attends and sometimes chairs committee meetings and is well known to chair meetings in a no-nonsense manner. As such, Ms. Dale is no stranger to tense committee meetings or large group presentations. She regularly presents at water district conferences. In fact, over 300 people attended her last presentation at a conference held in Primm, NV, for water districts in CA, AZ and NV. Contrary to speculation, the fact is, Ms. Dale’s employer, the City of Ontario, supports her decision to run for the RMWD board. In summary, the facts speak for themselves. Ms. Dale is a very successful, focused, competent and experienced individual who has a lot to offer the district, and if elected, will work diligently on the RMWD board to provide the best possible service to the public.
