Hatfield is a smart choice

On March 8, you the ratepayers of Division 4 will be asked to choose a replacement for Director Cole, who is being recalled. You have a choice between Russ Hatfield, the Ratepayer’s Reform candidate who is actively involved in Rainbow and community affairs, or Cari Dale, the old-guard-sponsored candidate who never attended a Rainbow meeting prior to becoming a candidate. We don’t need or want another “rubber stamp” director.

Last November the ratepayers of Divisions 1 & 2 overwhelmingly elected Larry Sundram and Jack Griffiths, as Ratepayer’s Reform candidates, over the old-guard-sponsored candidates. Russ understands the problems confronting Rainbow and how to correct them. He will protect your quality of life and your property values and restore credibility with accountability.

Please be aware the recall is a two-step process:

First: you need to vote to recall Cole (or Rainbow will appoint his replacement).

Second: you need to vote for Russ Hatfield.

To make voting easier, request an absentee ballot from the Registrar of voters, (858) 694-3415, prior to February 28 and vote by mail.
