Old Packing House

I agree with Debra Sprague’s concerns over the derelict building on Mission. It really is an eyesore.

Having worked with property developers, town planners, architects and investors in Los Angeles, I know how difficult it can be to renovate and restore old buildings. It is a minefield of environmental impact, traffic congestion, feasibility and financing studies, plus dealing with government departments!

I hope the development is up and running before the arrival of busloads of tourists and artisans some feel are necessary for Fallbrook’s economy.

If it wasn’t for ‘activists’ taking a stand, there would never be improvements or progress.
