ROC not involved in recall

As treasurer of the Ratepayers Oversight Committee (ROC) for the past nine years, I emphatically inform Bopf, Voight and Kunasz. We are not involved in any recall. As they well know, I must file a form twice a year, sooner if an election is held, to the state and Registrar of Voters for public perusal addressing candidate involvement. When Administrative Manager Joyce Tomlinson, a founding member of ROC, ran for election, we did not endorse, rebuke or monetarily help her or any other candidate. These are the same misinformed malcontents who supported Prop. O. backflow devises, sewer plant, etc.

ROC was formed to secure ratepayer vote for indebtedness over one million dollars — not public office.

What debenture is management planning by tying ROC to the recall? What untruths will their henchmen be saying next?
